Welcome to Pink Water! By accessing or purchasing from our site or physical pop-up events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Pink Water LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a lifestyle brand offering hand-crafted, all-natural personal care products, apparel, accessories, and art. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store or at our physical pop-up locations.

2. Sales & Fulfillment

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• All orders are processed within 7–10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

• Orders may experience delays during sales or due to high demand. We will notify you of any significant delays.

• Pink Water is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping confirmation.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales of body care items (oils, butters, etc.) are final and non-refundable.

• For non-body products (clothing, accessories, etc.), returns may be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our standards.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.

4. Custom Orders

We do not offer custom products or services at this time. All available items are listed as-is on our site and at events.

5. Pop-Up Event Sales

All sales at pop-up events are subject to these Terms & Conditions. Due to limited inventory and the nature of in-person sales, items purchased at pop-ups are typically final sale, unless otherwise noted.

6. Product Information & Disclaimers

• Our body care products are made from natural and organic ingredients, including essential oils.

• While many of our products are vegan, not all items are guaranteed to be vegan.

• Customers with allergies or skin sensitivities should read the ingredient list carefully. Pink Water is not liable for allergic reactions.

• Products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect personal data (name, email, shipping information) solely for order fulfillment and marketing purposes.

• By submitting your email, you consent to receive promotional communications from us.

• We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, branding, photos, and content on Pink Water platforms are the intellectual property of Pink Water LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
