At PINK WATER, every item is crafted with care and intention. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive. Please review our refund guidelines below:
Non-Refundable Items
Due to their handcrafted nature, the following items are non-refundable:
Candles
Essential oil scents
Prints of artwork
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Clothing & Apparel Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds for clothing and apparel under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
